By Subway:

  We are located one block from the Franklin Ave. C and S subway station and 3-4 blocks from the Nostrand Ave. A and C subway station.  The A train is express and the C train is local.

When travelling FROM Manhattan toward Brooklyn:

   Walking from the Franklin Avenue C and S stop:  (from Manhattan)
EXIT the station and turn RIGHT
CROSS Fulton Street, the overhead walking bridge will be on your LEFT just above you
CROSS Franklin Avenue, until you’re standing in front of Crown Fried Chicken & Pizza on the corner 
CONTINUE on Fulton Street heading East one block, look for the hardward store on your LEFT
LEFT onto Spencer Place.  We are halfway down the block on the right side, #15.

   Walking from Nostrand Avenue A stop: (from Manhattan)
EXIT the station using the staircase on the RIGHT side
CROSS Fulton Street,

CONTINUE 3 blocks on Fulton St.

When travelling FROM JFK Airport or points East, toward Mahnattan:

  Walking from Franklin Avenue C and S stop:  (from points East/ JFK)
EXIT the station and turn LEFT, away from the overhead walking bridge on the other side of Franklin Ave.
you will be standing in front of Crown Fried Chicken & Pizza on Fulton Street 
CONTINUE on Fulton Street heading East one block, passing a hardware store on your LEFT
LEFT onto Spencer Place.  We are halfway down the block on the right side, #15.

EXIT the station using the staircase on the LEFT side
EXIT the station and turn RIGHT on Fulton Street heading West, toward MacDonald's, 
when you walk past it McDonald's will be on your RIGHT
CONTINUE 3 blocks on Fulton St.
RIGHT onto Spencer Place, #15 is on the RIGHT halfway down the block, medium brown building next to green building.

By air or train:

  From JFK Airport take the AirTrain to the Howard Beach stop, then take the A train 10 stops to Nostrand Ave. station.
  From  Newark Airport take the AirTrain to Newark Liberty Station, then take the NJ Transit to NY Penn Station.
  From LaGuardia Airport it is easiest to come by taxi, and only about $25 at the most.

  From Penn Station take the A train 9 stops to Nostrand Ave. station, or change to the C at Hoyt-Schermerhorn and exit at Franklin Ave. station for a shorter walk.
  From Grand Central Station take the 4 or 5 to Fulton St./Broadway-Nassau
     Change to the C train to Franklin Ave. or the A train to Nostrand Ave. station

By Car or Taxi:

  The best ways to come here from Manhattan are by the Manhattan (from way downtown) or Williamsburg (from downtown or midtown) Bridges.  From the Bronx or upstate take the Triboro or Whitestone Bridges.  From Queens take the BQE.  

  We suggest that you print out a map and directions from an on-line service as many taxi drivers do not know their way around Brooklyn very well!!

    Directions from LaGuardia Airport: 
BQE to Kent-Wythe Ave. exit,
1st LEFT onto Wythe Ave.,
CONTINUE on Wythe Ave., which becomes Franklin Ave.  PROCEED almost to Fulton St.
LEFT onto Jefferson Ave. (Do not go to Fulton St., due to construction it is now one way heading West)
CROSS Bedford  Ave.,
1st RIGHT onto Nostrand Ave.,
1st  RIGHT onto Hancock St., 
LOOK AHEAD for parking spots on Hancock Street as it is the 2nd best parking option after  Spencer Place.
LEFT onto Spencer Place, #15 is on the LEFT halfway down the block, medium brown building next to green building. 

   Directions from JFK Airport:
678 North to Atlantic Ave, go about 3 miles,
RIGHT onto Bedford Ave,
CROSS Fulton St.,
1^st LEFT after Fulton St. (called Hancock St, but there is no sign at Bedford Ave.!),
LOOK AHEAD for parking spots on Hancock Street as it is the 2nd best parking option after  Spencer Place.
LEFT onto Spencer Place, #15 is on the LEFT halfway down the block, medium brown building next to green building.

Parking:  

   There is street parking available, on weekends normally ample.  Alternate side parking rules are in effect Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, so be sure to read the signs.  Spencer Pl. is from 8-9:30 AM, Hancock and Jefferson from 9:00-10:30 AM.

   If there is not parking available on Spencer Place at the time of check in, loop back around to Hancock St. by taking a RIGHT onto Fulton St., RIGHT onto Claver Place, RIGHT onto Jefferson Street.  Jefferson St. is a good option between Claver and Bedford, otherwise continue to Nostrand Ave., turn RIGHT onto Hancock St., and park between Bedford and Franklin.   

Parking Lot:

  There is an outdoor parking lot at the SE corner of Atlantic Ave. and Bedford Ave. at 1165 Atlantic Ave. called Atlantic Group Parking.  Look for the sign "24 Hours Parking" outside of the fence or call (718) 638-4977.  The lot is about 3 blocks from us and is $7.00 per 24 hours.

Auto Rental:

  Local auto rental is available in Downtown Brooklyn via the C train near the Jay St. stop at All Car Rent a Car.
